Adonis

Adonis was an average and slim child with long, blonde hair and brown eyes (blue in the movie). In the anime he wore a green shirt but in the movie he wore grey noble clothes. He is a timid young boy who trains with his father in swordplay, though his father is excessively brutal and harsh when they spar.

Adonis lost his mother, General Julius's wife, when he was young, and has been raised by his father Juliusand caretaker Hudson. Adonis's father had great expectations of him, as shown in the training Guts witnessed, and believed Adonis would succeed Julius as leader of what Julius believed to be the mightiest force in Midland, the White Dragon Knights. Julius also stated that Adonis might marry his cousin Princess Charlotte, and rule all Midland. Neither, happened. Guts, killed General Julius within hours of the conversation, and when Adonis came into the room he, too, was killed by Guts. According to the caretaker, Hudson, Adonis never once saw his father smile.
